Installing a 76-4037C R15 Stock length on a FXDS-Conv./FXDX is 13.0”. Shorter lengths will lower the motorcycle. R25 Adjustable mount kit p/n 76-5046C is available to fit stock and non-adjustable length 413 Series rear shocks. R28 Requires sleeve kit, part #5011-048 to install shocks, available from Progressive Suspension. Stock shock length is 13.3”. Shorter lengths lower the motorcycle. R36 Compressor kit # 71-5101 will not fit Deuce models. R40 FLHRS/FLHX stock shock length is 12.00”. R45 Shocks longer than 12.50” will cause Axle to come in contact with STOCK exhaust system.
