NEW NEW 2013 NEW Product JIMS Compensator Lock Kit Peace of mind is key when it comes to building a high performance powertrain. Similiar to the bulletproof JIMS transmission pulley meganut, by design, this new compensator lock kit will guarantee that your compensator nut cannot come loose causing unnecessary, unsafe and expensive damage. The lockplate captures the nut and secures it to the sprocket retainer. For added assurance, JIMS has incorporated a lock tab to guarantee the lockplate bolt do not come loose. As if this wasn’t enough, the JIMS compensator kit no.8385 incorporates a one piece sprocket retainer (replaces no.37810-08A) for added strength. This patent pending hand tool simplifies the way to verify proper tappet adjustment.
