Full Dual exhaust system for Polaris RZR XP 900.

When style, sound and performance come into play, the engineers from Yoshimura got together with the design team over at DragonFire to create and develop an ultimate full dual exhaust system for the Polaris RZR XP 900. The system is made out of high quality lightweight 304 grade stainless steel for a long lasting durable and rust resistant life that will outperform the stock system throughout the entire RPM range. The DragonFire system also meets and exceeds the USFS noise standards and spark-arrestor specification. The header and tail-pipe section of the system are both constructed out of 18 gauge, 304 stainless-steel and CNC mandrel bent with an oversize step tube design. The entire construction is all around Argon purged MIG welded with an integrated pre muffler step chamber and O2 sensor bungs. The muffler is fully constructed out of laser cut 20 gauge polished 304 stainless-steel, CNC bent and rolled completed with a robotic welded canister shell. The mounting brackets are powder coated, garmented with articulating silicone rubber mounting bushings. Last but not least, the canister is stuffed with ‘’silent sport’’ muffler packing and the outside is embossed with a silk-screened and riveted aluminum name badge protected by an anodized & laser stitched aluminum muffler heat shield.
